I'm using iOS8.1 with the region format set to US. That automatically subscribes me to US holiday in the calendar. If I also want to manually subscribe to Chinese holiday calendar, what's the server address I should use to add the account in 'Mail, Contacts, Calendars' setting?
- Subscribing to this public calendar (.ics file) will insert dates and times of events of astronomical significance into your iPhone / iCal / other calendar program / cybernetic mutant brain chip. This calendar is something I curate by hand at the beginning of each year to highlight full moons, new moons, eclipses, solstices, equinoxes, mercury retrogrades, plus a meteor shower or two and some other surprises.
- Moon Phases Calendar - universal lunar calendar for any Locations from 0001 to 2100 years. Lunar calendar is one of the oldest calendars in modern society. A lunar month can only be 29 or 30 days long. This is different than a solar based calendar, where the length is arbitrarily fixed. Features: - Moonrise - Moonset - Moon phases - Lunar Days.

I know if you want to manually subscribe to US holiday calendar, the server address is files.apple.com/calendars/US32Holidays.ics; for New Zealand it would be files.apple.com/calendars/New32Zealand32Holidays.ics. I just couldn't find the one for Chinese.
Of course I can set my region format to China, that'll automatically give me Chinese holidar calendar and then I can manually subscribe to US holiday calendar. But not sure if the region format change would cause other problems.
Lunar calendars differ as to which day is the first day of the month. For some lunar calendars, such as the Chinese calendar, the first day of a month is the day when an astronomical new moon occurs in a particular time zone. Lunar Calendar 2006 - 2008 is a Java program (run it by double-clicking the file) that displays the Lunar Phase, Moon Sign and Void-of-Course periods for any day in 2006 - 2008. Platforms: JRE 1.4.
